Warranty, delivery & returns

What the price includes

The listed price for any piece covers manufacturing with the materials and dimensions shown on the product page. Prices are in Egyptian Pounds.

Not included: delivery · assembly · tax. Also not included: any change to the listed dimensions or materials, and any carpentry or electrical work at the location.

Each of these is quoted separately and written in full into your quote before the contract — so you see the final total before paying anything.

Delivery & assembly

Pieces are made to order, so the manufacturing timeline is set per order and written into your quote — not a fixed figure on the site. We would rather give you the real timeline than promise one and miss it.

Delivery and assembly are a separate service from the piece price, quoted based on the location and access (floor, elevator, whether a lift is needed). We contact you before the delivery date to coordinate.

Warranty

5-year warranty against manufacturing defects. It covers repair or replacement at no cost to you.

The warranty does not cover: misuse or accidental damage, stains, burns and cuts, prolonged direct exposure to water or sun, and any repair carried out by a third party.

Returns & exchange

To be straightforward: pieces are made to order with dimensions and materials you selected, so there is no return for change of mind after manufacturing. That is why we confirm the dimensions, materials and details with you in writing in the quote before we start.

If there is a manufacturing defect or a difference from what was agreed, tell us within 3 days of delivery and we repair or replace at our cost.

The deposit and its amount are set per order in the quote before the contract.
